ABOUT ALEX

Alex is a compassionate and enthusiastic filmmaker, video editor, and photographer based in Portland, OR on a mission to photograph every bee. Growing up surrounded by the endless outdoors of Portland, OR going camping, hiking, and mountain biking, instilled in Alex an unwavering love of the outdoors and a commitment to share the majesty of our world and highlight the stories of those working to change it.

He is a Certified Photo Instructor / Naturalist for Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic aboard passenger expedition small cruise ships, leading guests through the wilderness of Alaska, PNW & British Columbia, Baja California, Antarctica, and more, as he teaches expedition photography and shares his love for the outdoors and environment.
